Dancing is a fun, sexy great way to get fit, network and make new friends. For couples, dancing deepens their relationship and keeps the romantic spark alive. Business professionals find that dancing well can help seal business deals (how many fundraising balls in the area are attended by well connected people?).

Are you new to the Hampton Roads area? Ballroom and club dancing is a fabulous way to meet new people. Dancing is a great change of pace from the "dinner and a movie" dates. We teach everyone - absolute beginners, casual dancers, hobby dancers and competitive dancers.
People come to us when they want to learn how to dance well in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Dancers come to us when they want to take their skills to the next level. People come to us because they want to increase their fitness level (and don't like going to the gym). We feature elite dance workshops with world renowned champion dancers.
Our passion is dancing, not high pressure sales. We are not here to sell you extensive contracts. We are not here to teach you
"just enough" so that you must buy the next package like the franchise studios do. Our teachers are not commission based - They are passion based. Our goal is to help you achieve the level of dancing skill you want.
Our professionally certified staff has over 200 years of collective teaching and performance experience. Several have won national and regional competitions.

Performance and Competition Training Course
We Will Train You.... Be the Winner!
3 Hours a week, starting 1/09/10(subject to change)
Saturdays: 1-2:30PM(subject to change)
Sundays: 1-2P30PM(subject to change)
The class will give you an opportunity to prepare for any competitions you want to go to!
We will emphasize your:
-Technique
-Movement
-Dance Floor Presence...
-No Partner Needed
-All styles from American, International, Latin or Smooth
-Suitable for all ages; 5-80 Years old!
Come and learn from the experts: Martee, Katja, Marcel and Yuriy on a rotating basis.
Fee: $108 for 9 Hours during the Month of January
